Please use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Post or send content that is unlawful, harmful or offensive
- Try to access parts of the site or systems you are not allowed to
- Copy or collect data from the site with automated tools
- Pretend to be us, our staff or anyone else
- Place fake orders or submit false payment details
We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.

Products & pricing
All products depend on availability. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. We try to show colours accurately, but they can look slightly different on different screens.
Items marked In stock are held in our Dhaka warehouse. Items marked Ships from overseas are sourced after you order.

Orders & payment
An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment and send a confirmation SMS. We may cancel orders with incomplete details or payments we cannot verify.
- bKash — Send Money to our bKash Personal number and enter the Transaction ID at checkout
- Bank transfer — transfer to our bank account and enter the reference ID
- Cash on Delivery — pay the delivery charge in advance, the rest to the courier
We only accept manual payments at the moment. Never share your bKash PIN or OTP with anyone, including our staff.

Shipping & delivery
In-stock items usually arrive in 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka. Overseas items usually arrive in 12–15 days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
If a parcel looks opened or damaged, please refuse it and contact us right away.

Returns & refunds
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items
- Items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags and packaging
- Items damaged after delivery cannot be returned
- Approved refunds are sent by bKash or bank transfer within 5–7 business days

Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our control.
